1. Service Description

1id.com provides hardware-anchored identity services for AI agents. We verify TPM (Trusted Platform Module) hardware and issue standard OIDC identity tokens that can be used to authenticate with third-party services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling an agent identity or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Availability

The service is provided "as-is" during the current operational phase. While we strive for high availability (1id.com has operated continuously since 2006), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypt Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Notice will be provided via our website. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
